- The gift voucher includes a gastronomic experience with or without wine pairing, depending on the option selected during the booking process.
- The voucher is valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue, except during dates designated by the hotel as special events.
- To redeem the voucher, it is mandatory to present the physical “Conditions” card included in the gift box sent by postal mail.
Without this card, the voucher will not be valid. - The voucher will be confirmed only once payment has been received and validated by the establishment.
- The hotel reserves the right to accept a maximum of three gift vouchers per day.
- Reservations are subject to availability of the establishment.
- The voucher may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes (such as giveaways, marketing campaigns, etc.) without prior consent from the hotel.
VIVOOD reserves the right to refuse vouchers acquired for such purposes.
Payment Policy
- Full payment (100%) is required to validate the gift voucher.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy*
All gift vouchers are sent by standard postal mail.
The recipient will receive the gift box within 4 to 6 business days from receipt of payment.
