Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the scheduled departure date.
The client is obliged to pay the price of the services contracted at the time the invoice is issued (Art. 24 of Law 12/1999).
The establishment may retain the belongings and effects brought into the establishment by the client until the contracted services have been effectively paid for (Art. 1866 of the Civil Code).
For safety and security reasons, visits to the rooms are not permitted, nor may they be used by persons not registered at the establishment.
By signing this document, I authorise the establishment to charge my credit/debit card for the amount of any services enjoyed during my stay at the establishment that have not been duly paid for.
Staying at this establishment implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions, as well as the specific terms included in the tourist accommodation contract.
I undertake to comply with, and ensure compliance with, the provisions contained in Law 28/2005 of 26 December.
