What does the private dinner at a villa include?

The private dinner at a villa includes a sharing menu comprising a starter, a main course and a dessert. It also includes a bottle of red or white wine, selected by the sommelier to best complement the chosen dishes.

Is the experience completely private?

Yes, dinner is served in your Premium Villa, with exclusive, personalised service from one of our waiters for an hour and a half.

Do I need to book a private dinner at a villa in advance?

General Conditions

The selected date and time only indicate a preferred appointment and do not constitute a confirmed booking. Hotel staff will confirm the final date and time based on availability.
The spa reservation will not be confirmed until payment and confirmation have been received by VIVOOD Landscape Hotel & 5E Spa.
It is recommended to arrive at the spa 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. You may relax in our Pool & Resting Lounge until your treatment begins.
Delays not attributable to the hotel will result in a reduced duration of the treatment and/or contracted service.
The spa is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is prohibited throughout the facilities.
Bringing food and beverages from outside is not allowed.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed access to the Spa and will not receive any treatment.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full payment (100%) is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the treatment will be subject to the full treatment fee.

The first part of the programme involves identifying the causes and the physical and emotional symptoms.
In the second part of the programme, you will be taught a range of transformative practices and techniques so that you can learn and apply them in your daily life after the programme, such as Qigong, meditation, sound therapy, mindfulness and connecting with nature.

Бронирование спа-процедур не будет подтверждено до тех пор, пока отель VIVOOD Landscape Hotel & 5E Spa не получит оплату и подтверждение.

Рекомендуется прибыть в спа-центр за 15 минут до назначенного времени. До начала процедуры вы можете отдохнуть в нашем лаундже с бассейном и зоной отдыха.

Задержки, не связанные с отелем, приведут к сокращению продолжительности процедуры и/или заказанной услуги.

Спа-центр является зоной, свободной от курения, и курение запрещено на всей территории.
Не допускается приносить с собой еду и напитки извне.
Гостям, находящимся под воздействием алкоголя или наркотиков, будет отказано в доступе в спа-центр, и они не смогут пройти никаких процедур.

Правила оплаты и отмены бронирования

Для подтверждения бронирования требуется полная оплата (100%).
При отмене бронирования менее чем за 24 часа до начала процедуры взимается полная стоимость процедуры.
