General Conditions
- The gift voucher includes a 5 Elements Ritual and/or a VIVOOD relaxing massage, depending on the treatment selected during the booking process.
- The gift voucher must be used within a maximum period of one year from the date of issue, except on dates designated by the hotel as special events.
- To redeem the voucher, it is mandatory and essential to present the physical “Conditions” card included in the gift voucher box received by postal mail at Reception. Without this card, the voucher will not be valid.
- The gift voucher will be confirmed once payment has been effectively received by the establishment.
- The hotel reserves the right to limit the redemption to three gift vouchers per day.
- Reservations are subject to availability of the establishment.
- The gift voucher may not be used for commercial or marketing purposes, such as giveaways, promotions or similar actions, without prior consent from the hotel.
VIVOOD reserves the right to refuse vouchers acquired for such purposes.
Payment Policy
- Full payment of 100% is required to validate the gift voucher.
- The gift voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All gift vouchers are sent by standard postal mail.
The recipient will receive it within 4 to 6 business days from the effective payment date.

Extras (breakfast in bed, gourmet dinner and wellness treatments) are for two people. - To redeem the voucher, it is mandatory and essential to present the physical “Conditions” card included in the gift voucher box at Reception. Without this card, the voucher will not be valid.
- The Annual Gift Voucher must be used within a maximum period of one year from the date of issue, except on dates designated by the hotel as special events.
- The Winter Gift Voucher is valid for redemption from 13/10/2026 to 11/03/2027, except on dates designated by the hotel as special events.
- The gift voucher will be confirmed once payment has been effectively received by the establishment.
- The voucher must be redeemed at least one month in advance in order to ensure availability.
- The hotel reserves the right to limit the redemption to three gift vouchers per day.
- Reservations are subject to the availability of the establishment and to the minimum stay requirements in force at the time of booking.
