• Restoration and rehabilitation of the landscape. We restore the ruins of old animal shelters (rubble, cages…)
• We build foundations without damaging concrete using a pioneering system imported from Australia that allows us to build without large-scale earth moving.
• We use local products that have generated very little CO2 during production.
• We have an ecological kitchen garden that supplies produce for our breakfasts.
• We have water-saving room cleaning systems.
• Our energy is low energy, which keeps consumption low. The system uses renewable energy, in fact the entire roof the restaurant is made of solar panels.
