General conditions
- Gift vouchers include accommodation and buffet breakfast for two people. Extras (breakfast in bed, gastronomic dinner and wellness treatments) are for two people.
- In order to redeem the voucher it is mandatory and essential to present at the Reception the physical card «Conditions» that is included in the gift voucher box. Without this card the voucher will not be valid.
- Annual Bonus to be consumed within a maximum period of one year from the date of issue, except on dates marked by the hotel as special events.
- Winter voucher valid to redeem from 13/10/2024 to 13/03/2025, except on dates marked by the hotel as special events.
- The voucher will be confirmed once the payment is made by the establishment.
- Redeem the voucher at least one month in advance to ensure availability.
- The hotel reserves the right to redeem three gift vouchers per day.
- Reservation conditioned upon availability of the establishment and current minimum stays.
- The voucher cannot be used for commercial and marketing actions, such as raffles, promotions, among others, without the prior consent of the hotel. VIVOOD reserves the right not to exchange vouchers that have been acquired for this purpose.
Payment Policy
- 100% full payment to formalize the gift voucher.
- The gift voucher is not refundable.
Shipping Policy *
All gift vouchers are shipped by standard postal mail. The recipient will receive it within 4-6 business days from the effective payment of the bonus. For shipments to the Islands or abroad, check conditions with the Reservations department (96 631 85 85 / reservas@vivood.com )
